Our Story
Carroll's Cup began with a simple conviction: that the best bread doesn't need shortcuts. Every morning, our ovens fire up before sunrise — sourdoughs rising slowly, butter laminations folded by hand, coffee beans roasted to order.
Located on 2nd Avenue SW in downtown Rochester, we've become a quiet favorite for neighbors who know the difference between something made quickly and something made well. If it's on our counter, we made it here — yesterday or this morning, depending on what it is.
